I went to John with dreadful pain in my neck and shoulder following a road traffic accident. I had been struggling to get through the day or get a decent sleep due to the pain. After only a few sessions I was 90% better and the advice and exercises along with occasional session for maintenance my quality of life has improved far beyond my expectations. I'd more or less expected to just have to live with it but now I'm almost back to normal.
